Back to school, back to school

I really need to be at the school working on my classroom right now, but I haven't written on this thing in a while so I decided to stop by for a quick hello before I go. :) The past couple weeks have been busy as expected....I have been to teaching workshops out the wazoo...some have been really good, some have been 'eh'. They all kind of start to sound the same after a while....I have gotten some really good ideas though. I have spent every available moment this week (mainly those few precious moments in between workshops and a few hours each evening) working on my classroom or buying stuff for my classroom, and I still have a lot more to go. Yes, it is indeed back-to-school-time for me.....overall, though, I am loving every minute of it! I have my list of students and I cannot wait to meet them. Wednesday night is "Meet the Teacher" (or in my case, "Meet the Students") so I will meet several of them then....I am so excited to see their precious faces! :) I will try to get some pictures of my classroom when it's finished and post them on here. I'm hoping to get the majority of it done today and tomorrow afternoon, but that's probably just wishful thinking! That's okay, as long as it's done by Wednesday I'm good to go.
